International Shipping

We ship internationally to the destinations available at checkout. Product availability and delivery options may vary depending on the destination.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take slightly longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high demand.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you by email when available.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most international orders arrive within 7–25 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, and other circumstances outside normal delivery operations.

Shipping Costs

Available shipping options and any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Multiple Packages

To help items arrive as quickly as possible, products from the same order may occasionally be delivered in separate packages. When available, separate tracking information will be provided for each package.

Customs and Import Charges

Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility unless they are shown as included at checkout.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your order is significantly delayed, tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team through our Contact page and include your order number.

KURI will review the shipment and work with the delivery provider to offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing.
