These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KURI online store, website, products, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The terms “KURI,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this online shop using the KURI store name.

Shipping charges and taxes collected by KURI, when applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Depending on the destination, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other local charges may be imposed by local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless they are shown as included at checkout.

Promotional offers, discount codes, and sale prices may be subject to separate conditions, availability periods, usage limits, and product exclusions.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery may be affected by the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, severe weather, or other events outside reasonable control.

Products from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Where required by applicable consumer law, KURI remains responsible for loss or damage until the products are delivered into your physical possession or the possession of a person you identify to receive them.

This does not apply where you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by KURI and applicable law places the risk with you after delivery to that carrier.

Please contact us if an order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Please contact us before returning a product. Do not send products to the address printed on a shipping parcel or directly to a manufacturer unless KURI provides those return instructions.

The correct authorized return destination may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits mandatory cancellation, return, refund, repair, replacement, or other consumer rights available under applicable law.

7. Wishlist and Saved Products

Where wishlist or favorites functionality is available, customers may save products for later consideration.

Saving a product does not:

• Reserve the product.

• Guarantee continued availability.

• Lock the current price.

• Create an order or purchase obligation.

Wishlist information may be connected to a customer account, browser, device, or cookie as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Reviews and Customer Content

Where review functionality is available, you may submit ratings, written reviews, photographs, videos, or other content relating to your genuine experience.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant KURI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and use that content for operating and promoting the Services.

The Services are hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to operate the store.

Shopify processes certain information when customers access the website or make purchases. Information may be shared with Shopify and relevant service providers located in countries different from the country where you live.

Certain enhanced services may use information from customer interactions with KURI, other merchants, and Shopify to provide security, personalization, performance, and advertising features.

Purchases made through this store are transactions with KURI and not purchases from Shopify.
